Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing this membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your membership grants you access to exclusive benefits and events as outlined in your tier level.
2. Billing & Renewal
Monthly memberships renew automatically on the same day each month. Annual memberships renew automatically after 12 months. You will be charged using your payment method on file unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or years.
4. Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all events and within community spaces. Violation of our code of conduct may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.
5. Benefits & Access
Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change. We reserve the right to modify tier benefits with 30 days notice. Event access and ticket discounts apply only during active membership periods.
6. Non-transferability
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Sharing membership credentials or benefits with others is prohibited and may result in account termination.
